Week 1

This handout is designed to help you reflect on your first week off social media. Take time to journal your thoughts honestly—there's no right or wrong answer. Write responses in your journal. This can help track changes in your habits, mindset, and overall well-being.

Tips for Success: Track your progress daily if possible. If urges feel strong, try a quick breathing exercise or a short walk. Revisit this handout at the end of week 2 to compare changes. If you'd like to discuss your reflections or need support, consider sharing with a trusted friend.

Emotion Wheel

This Emotion Wheel will be your go to when you are having trouble identifying what you are feeling. I recommend printing a copy to glue in the back of your journal. I also recommend keeping a picture of it in your phone in case you do not have access to your journal.
